My ambition is to encourage all levels of yoga enthusiasts to enjoy the Yoga Flow classes, which are tailored according to the students’ ability, goals and visions, being sure to offer modifications where necessary.

The Yoga Flow classes inspire a deeper understanding of the breath, enabling you to explore the freedom of movement in the body and encourage a deeper connection to one’s self. You can cross new physical boundaries, achieve new levels of self belief, perseverance and can apply this new found confidence into all aspects of your life, giving you the ability to face personal challenges.

As a fully qualified and insured yoga teacher (B.W.Y dip.), I have developed my own personal and distinctive teaching style; drawing on the wide diversity of the classical Hatha yoga tradition, whilst integrating the essence of Iyengar’s emphasis on precise alignment, combined with linking the breath and postures into fluid sequences.

Yoga Flow classes are kept to a maximum of 10 to enable me to spend as much time as possible with individual students.
